The Challenge
The Solution
The result is a content-forward platform that feels both credible and approachable. Key sections include:
Services & Programs: Clear explanations tied to partners’ real questions
Training & Toolsets: Accessible introductions to CCS digital products
Newsroom: A flexible space for press releases and impact stories
Humanized Language: Copy that avoids jargon and centers value to people
Design choices like generous white space, intuitive headings, and consistent templates ensure readability across audiences and devices, while the flexible CMS framework places publishing control directly in the hands of the CCS team.
The Approach
We framed the website around people first, rather than products or features. That meant:
- Establishing a narrative structure that connected mission, services, and outcomes
- Creating modular templates that empowered the marketing team to publish press releases and success stories on their own
- Translating care coordination concepts into clear, plain-spoken language
- Designing simple, consistent layouts optimized for accessibility and mobile
- Validating structure and labeling through feedback with internal stakeholders
Impact
Since launch:
The marketing team can publish updates, press releases, and case stories without technical dependency
The site provides a single, trusted source of truth for CCS Health services and impact
Messaging shifted from internal terminology to partner-centered clarity
Content organization supports both discovery and long-term engagement
