A comprehensive educational resource kit developed for Baxter to support clinicians, parents, and teenage males living with hemophilia as they transition into adulthood. Created in collaboration with patients and clinicians, the program uses a graphic-novel format to make complex care information relatable and engaging. The series follows three young men across key life stages (ages 12–15, 16–18, and 19–22), presenting “day-in-the-life” scenarios that illustrate the realities of managing hemophilia. Each age group includes three brochures focused on Education, Independence, and Self-Advocacy. All illustrations were custom-created for the program.
